چکیده
We introduce the projected Green's function technique to study quasiperiodic systems such as Aubry-Andr\'e-Harper (AAH) model and beyond. In particular, we use functions construct a rational approximate sequence of transfer matrix equations consistent with topology, where convergence these sequences corresponds existence extended eigenfunctions. motivate this framework by applying it few well-studied cases almost-Mathieu operator (AAH model), well more generic no-dual models that challenge standard routines. The is flexible can be used extract both analytic numerical results, e.g., analytically modified phase diagram for Liouville irrationals. As tool, does not require fixing boundary conditions circumvents primary failing techniques in systems---extrapolation from finite size. Instead, uses finite-size scaling define bounds on full irrational limit.

Solving Volterra's Population Model via Rational Christov Functions Collocation Method
The present study is an attempt to find a solution for Volterra's Population Model by utilizing Spectral methods based on Rational Christov functions. Volterra's model is a nonlinear integro-differential equation. First, the Volterra's Population Model is converted to a nonlinear ordinary differential equation (ODE), then researchers solve this equation (ODE). The accuracy of method is tested i...
متن کاملError Bounds for Lanczos Approximations of Rational Functions of Matrices
Having good estimates or even bounds for the error in computing approximations to expressions of the form f(A)v is very important in practical applications. In this paper we consider the case that A is Hermitian and that f is a rational function. We assume that the Lanczos method is used to compute approximations for f(A)v and we show how to obtain a posteriori upper and lower bounds on the `2-...
متن کاملRational Approximations to Rational Models of Categorization
Can statistical machine learning theories and algorithms help explain human learning? Broadly speaking, machine learning studies the fundamental laws that govern all learning processes, including both artificial systems (e.g., computers) and natural systems (e.g., humans). It has long been understood that theories and algorithms from machine learning are relevant to understanding aspects of hum...
متن کاملCOUPLED FIXED POINT THEOREMS FOR RATIONAL TYPE CONTRACTIONS VIA C-CLASS FUNCTIONS
In this paper, by using C-class functions, we will present a coupled xed problem in b-metric space for the single-valued operators satisfying a generalized contraction condition. First part of the paper is related to some xed point theorems, the second part presents the uniqueness and existence for the solution of the coupled xed point problem and in the third part we...
